It has truly been an honor to represent the 15th Legislative District in the Maryland House of Delegates since first being elected in 2002.   The federal government continues to send more issues back to the states.  Battles over issues relevant to the daily lives of my constituents are increasingly being fought in the state legislature.  More than ever, it is imperative that District 15 is represented by those who are equipped to be effective advocates and whose voices will be heard loud and clear in Annapolis.  I have sought to be such a voice for the citizens of District 15.

On this web site, you'll find details about my background and experience, my legislative activities, and other useful information.   I encourage you to get involved in your community and welcome your input on issues of concern to you.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of assistance.   Again, thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

Sincerely,

Delegate Feldman introduced and gained passage of the nation’s first Benefit Corporation legislation.  To learn more about Benefit Corporations, a new kind of corporate form, see www.bcorporations.net.  The bill was signed into law above on April 13, 2010.
