Dear Friends:

With summer upon us, my re-election campaign for the House of Delegates is in full swing.  I am walking door-to-door throughout the neighborhoods of District 15 to meet as many of my constituents one-on-one as I can.  The opportunity to receive feedback from you directly is invaluable to me.

Those of you I do not get to meet or who don't know my record may rely on the endorsement of a professional or community organization. Therefore, I am proud to share with you new endorsements I have earned.

Teachers, Firefighters, Others Back Feldman

After receiving the Montgomery County Education Association (MCEA) endorsement last month, I am pleased to report that the Maryland State Teachers Association, representing more than 65,000 teachers across the State, have endorsed my candidacy.  Public education is the foundation of our future.  Strong support for education and our teachers has been and will continue to be a priority issue for me in Annapolis. 

The Montgomery County Career Fire Fighters, representing over 1,000 firefighters and paramedics in the County, as well as the Metropolitan Washington Council AFL-CIO and the Maryland State and DC AFL-CIO have also endorsed my re-election.  

Finally, Progressive Maryland, a 25,000 member nonprofit organization that lobbies for working people in conjunction with Maryland's largest community, faith-based, labor and civil rights groups, has endorsed me.

Together with organizations such as these, I will continue to fight so that working families have a voice in Annapolis.
