With the election only days away, all signs point towards a strong showing on November 7.  The Washington Post this week endorsed my re-election bid for the House of Delegates.  This comes on the heels of my endorsement by the Gazette.   

I also received the endorsement of The Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce, an organization consisting of more than 980 businesses located throughout the Bethesda-Chevy Chase area and beyond.

In addition, there is a Letter to the Editor in this week's Gazette which commends my legislation promoting the Biotechnology industry.  It can be read by clicking here.

Shirley Brandman for Board of Education

In the legislature, education is one of the most important issues we deal with every year.  It is imperative that we have strong, effective advocates on our local school board.  I believe that Shirley Brandman will be a strong voice for our children on the Montgomery County Board of Education.

The Washington post called Shirley "the clear choice for the at-large seat."  She has also been endorsed by the Gazette, all of the major educational groups and many other organizations.

I strongly encourage you to vote for Shirley Brandman on November 7.

Election Night Victory Party

I want to express my sincere appreciation to everyone who volunteered, provided financial support, or assisted me in any number of different ways during the campaign. 

After the polls close on Tuesday, I hope you will join the District 15 Democratic candidates for food, drinks, and relaxation as we watch the election returns.  The Election Night Party will be held at:
